These terms cover your use of Likewise, operated by Transform Asia Limited in Hong Kong. By using Likewise you agree to them. We have kept them short; ask us if anything is unclear.
What Likewise does
Likewise introduces security professionals to cybersecurity vendors. A buyer says what they want and how close they are to buying; we show them vendors that fit and ask whether they want to meet. A vendor pays only for a meeting a buyer accepted.
Your account
Likewise runs on work email. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your access secure. Do not misuse the service, interfere with it, or use it to send spam.
Vendors and payment
- Claiming a company page is free. A vendor pays in credits for an introduction a buyer accepted, priced by how close that buyer is to buying (from $100).
- Credits are purchased in advance. Bonus credits we add are complimentary and non-refundable.
- A committed credit for a booked meeting is spent when the meeting is held; cancellations follow the terms shown at the time.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Likewise running but provide it "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, Transform Asia Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves; the date above shows the current version.
