Likewise is operated by Transform Asia Limited, a company in Hong Kong. This page explains what personal data we hold, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short on purpose; if anything is unclear, contact us.
What we collect
- Your work email, and the company it belongs to (resolved from the domain and public sources).
- For security professionals: your Intent Grid, what you want to buy and how close you are, and the calendar times you open or accept for introductions.
- For vendors: the company details and billing details you provide, and your top-up history.
- Basic technical data needed to run and secure the service.
How we use it
To introduce security professionals to vendors that fit what they are looking for, to arrange the meetings both sides agree to, and to run, secure and improve the service. A buyer stays anonymous to vendors until shortly before a meeting they accepted. We never sell your data.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that make Likewise work, acting on our instructions: hosting, database, email delivery and payments. We do not share your data for anyone else's marketing.
Keeping and deleting it
We hold your data while your account is active. You can ask us to correct or delete it at any time by writing to us, and we will unless we are required to keep it.
Your rights
We handle personal data in line with the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Reach us at our contact page.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product and the company evolve; the date above always shows the current version.
